PURPOSE: To form a phosphodiester-ligand-analyte conjugant useful for manufacturing immunity active liposome by causing a polar phosphorus lipid-ligand compound formed by enabling a specific polar phosphorous lipid to react with the ligand to react with the analyte. CONSTITUTION: A polar phosphorus lipid indicated by an expression is reacted with a ligand, thus forming a polar phosphorus lipid-ligand compound. The polar phosphorus lipid-ligand compound is reacted with an analyte that can be coupled with the ligand of the polar compound, thus forming phosphodiester- ligand-analyte conjugant. The ligand useful for this method operates as a connector or a spacer between the phosphorus ligand and the analyte. Specifically, the ligand is a bifunctional compound where one edge can be connected to the desired analyte and the other edge can be connected to phosphorous lipid. |
