PURPOSE:To obtain an electrolytic plate having high compressive creep deformation resistance and good conductivity by using a mixture of lithium aluminate powder having coarse particle size and that having fine particle size as raw material powder, controlling the mixing ratio to disperse to primary particles, and forming a tape having desired porosity and pore size. CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent 14 and a dispersion agent 15 are added to raw material powder 11 comprising coarse lithium aluminate powder 12 and fine lithium aluminate powder 13, and the raw material powder 11 is dispersed to primary particles, then a plasticizer 16 and a binder 17 are mixed therewith to form slurry 18, then the slurry 18 is formed in a tape by tape molding 19. By controlling the mixing ratio of coarse particle powder 12 and fine particle powder 13, the size and the number of pores formed between particles are controlled and the tape having desired porosity and mean pore size is molded. An electrolytic plate having high compressive creep deformation resistance and good conductivity is obtained. |
