The invention describes an installation intended to allow one or more delivery services to deposit the articles which are returned to them even in the absence of the recipients. The same installation therefore allows several recipients to be served at the same time. The installation comprises a delivery door, a receiving door, a specific management unit intended to provide and manage storage and distribution of objects and, in a preferred embodiment, a marking device allowing a certificate of delivery to be issued. The installation has a volatile code, i.e. the opening of at least one of its doors is achieved using a code which can only be used once. The invention is of interest in the domain of deliveries in general.
