PURPOSE:To provide the titled wire guide excellent in the wear proof property of the leading end of a guide part and capable of being easily molded by molding plastics, by constituting the leading end of the guide part of the wire guide from synthetic resin having lubricant contained therein. CONSTITUTION:Lubricant is contained in the leading end of the guide part 1 of a wire guide constituted from synthetic resin to reduce the contact slide resistance with a printing wire at the using time of a printer. As the synthetic resin, one excellent in wear proof property and heat resistance such as polyamide resin or polyacetal resin is pref. used. As the lubricant, one low in viscosity and excellent in lubricity, unvolatility and heat stability such as petroleum type lubricant or synthetic lubricant is pref. used. |
