The invention relates to a deflection device for a stressing member for prestressing prestressed-concrete load-bearing structures, which stressing member runs, outside the concrete cross-section of the prestressed-concrete load-bearing structure, over at least one deflection point, it being supported against a supporting means of the prestressed concrete load-bearing structure, and contains a plurality of stressing elements which are bundled together in a sheath. The deflection device exhibits short tube pieces which are pushed onto the stressing member at the deflection point and are located closely against one another or are arranged at a distance from one another. By means of their inner surfaces, said tube pieces consisting of a non-deformable material enclose, in a fitting manner, the sheath of the stressing member at least in the pressing and expansion region. <IMAGE>
