PURPOSE:To stably prepare an inflation film, by using a structure, wherein disc like bodies at least one of which is freely rotatable and fixable are mounted on the upper and lower parts of a columnar or truncated cone-shaped support and connected in a tightened state by a plurality of wire like bodies, as a stable body wherein a molten resin tubular body is brought into contact with the outside surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic synthetic resin tubular body 21 extruded from an annular die 11 is guided in a state brought into contact with the outside surface 31a of a stable body 31 and inflated before reaching a frost line 41 to become an inflation film 51. At this time, the stable body 31 is mounted in the center of the die 11 and formed by providing a columnar support body 31e to a support shaft 31b. Disc like bodies 31d, 31c are connected to the upper and lower parts of the support body 31e in a tightened state by a large number of wire like bodies 31f. When the inflation film is molded in this state, since the tubular body 21 is not brought into contact with the support body 31e, said tubular body 21 is not quenched and the shape of the stable body is not changed even when the wire like bodies 31f become a spiral shape and the inflation film can be stably prepared. |
