PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy operation with no input error and to realize the application of a public communication circuit, by using an operation guide by display of a character display device and the continuous transmission by storage of data. CONSTITUTION:A control program of a floppy disk device FDD4 is written to an RAM14 by a program and displayed at a CRT2 for guidance. The display screen is switched successively to screens for guidance of subsequent operations in response to the input fed from a keyboard KB3. An operator performs operations while observing the display of guidance. A magnetic card reader MCRW6 reads magnetic cards one by one and sends these data to a microprocessor part MPU12. The MPU12 processes the data supplied from the KB3 the read data and sends the result to the MCRW6 as a renewed data. The MCRW6 writes the renewed data to a magnetic card. Then the renewed data is written to the FDD4 and then transmitted (stored) collectively at a later time point.
