PURPOSE:To enhance the pattern precision while cutting down the manufacturing time by a method wherein a pen plotter is fitted with a screen frame coated with sensing emulsion while a circuit is written by resist ink using CAD/CAM signals to manufacture a printable screen frame to be used by exposure and development. CONSTITUTION:A pen plotter is fitted with a screen frame coated with sensing emulsion while a circuit is written using CAD/CAM signals to manufacture the printable screen frame by exposure and development. Then the screen frame thus manufactured is used while a rotary type, XY axis end semi-fixed pen plotter is preferable for the pen plotter. Besides, the pressurization of around 6Kg/cm<2> is recommended to well discharge paste in relatively high viscosity. Furthermore, a cartridge with agitating capacity is preferable. Through these procedures, the title printed circuit comprising an alumina circuit substrate in thickness of 1mm with a circuit formed of conductive paste can be manufactured by the application of such a screen frame. |
