<p>PURPOSE: To externally operate a door by allowing a closing element to be located in a closing element accommodation part when the door is closed and allowing a motor-driving device to operate on a rotary latch and a lock pawl and allowing an external operation lever to operate on the lock pawl by enabling the lock pawl to operate the rotary latch. CONSTITUTION: A closing element accommodation part 7 and gear-lock formation parts 8 and 9 for a lock pawl 3 are formed at a rotary latch 2, a closing element 4 that is fixed to a door is located at the element accommodation part 7 when the door is closed, and the lock pawl 3 operates the rotary latch 2. Also, the lock pawl 3 is supported by a rocking link 12 that is supported by a support pin 11 rotatably, and the rocking link 12 is coaxially supported by a lock plate 1 for a shaft 13 of the rotary latch 2 and is connected to a motor-driving device 6 via a lever transmission device 14. Further, in an external operation lever 5, a release piece 15 is supported so that it can be rocked around a hinge pin 16 and is connected to the lock pawl 13 via a release slot 17, thus operating the door externally when the motor-driving device 6 fails.</p> |
