PURPOSE: To simplify structure and to manufacture an assembly inexpensively and easily by fixing a window panel in pivoting with an integrated flexible elastic hinge member to the outer end of the mounting stud of a hinge assembly. CONSTITUTION: An elastic hinge member 40 that is made of polyurethanal is formed in one piece with an outer end 34 of a mounting stud 32 of a mounting stud assembly 10, a sealing gasket 50 is provided on a body flange 24, and an inner surface 44 of each window panel 12 is sealed. Also, an automobile body panel 14 is allowed to be flush with the window panel 12 without any projecting surface. Then, when the window panel 12 is pivoted with a pivoting shaft 52 as an axis, parts 54 and 58 of the hinge part 40 are compressed, and the part 56 is expanded and is fixed to the window panel 12, thus performing mounting without requiring any adhesive and fixing device and reducing wind resistance and improving outer shape. |
