PURPOSE:To prevent a valve body and a valve sent from being damaged, and to raise reliability, by setting the radius of curvature of a spherical part of the valve body provided so as to be opposed to the valve seat, to prescribed times the radius of an opening provided on the valve seat. CONSTITUTION:The radius of curvature RV of a spherical part of a valve body 3 is set to 1.04-1.10 times the radius of an opening provided on a valve seat 5. Thus, a contract angle theta between the valve body 3 and the valve seat 5 becomes small, therefore, the variance DELTADeff of an effective diameter Deff of the valve seat 5 due to variance of radius (r) of an angle part of the valve seat 5 becomes small, a gas pressure regulating characteristic can be raised, also a gas flow path in a valve part 8 becomes smooth, a disturbance force applied to the valve body 3 when gas flows out is reduced, and the pressure regulating operation also becomes smooth. Also, since it can be controlled that the valve body 3 is self- energized and vibrated, the valve body 3 and the valve seat 5 are not damaged, and excellent performance is obtained. |
