<p>PURPOSE: To provide light shoes with a bendable characteristic and simplify an additional complicated process by wrapping the vicinity of inner material expanded to both shoe side parts of a shoe insole, and longitudinally sewn by a thread partially exposed outside. CONSTITUTION: A skirt tape 14' is sewn in a bag form detourwise at the periphery of instep end in such a way that it is overlappingly with a sewing machine thread which sews an instep leather member 11 and a rear lether member 12 and an insole member 13 all being bound inward, an outsole member 17 is adhered with an adhesive 16 to a rear surface of a middle sole member 15 expanded in a flange form at the periphery of the member 11 in the bag-like inside of the tape 14'. A sewing thread 18 sews each part laminated from an upper part of the tape 14' wrapping the flange-shaped expansion part A of the middle sole member 15. Accordingly, the exposed sewing thread of the expansion part A is partially exposed stitchwise to provide a high quality feeling in its outer appearance. According to a proper selection of the expansion amount of flanged part of the middle sole expansion part and the determination of the thicknesses of the middle sole and the insole part corresponting thereto, the shoes excellent in light and bending characteristics can be provided.</p> |
