<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an electrode on one substrate from being transferred to the other substrate, by forming an input use electrode on the surface of the respective substrates, placing the electrode to the inside, and applying a lubricating substance onto the electrode of at least one substrate of the respective substrates through plural pieces of spacers. CONSTITUTION:As for an insulating plastic ball 5, that which has the diameter of about 20 micron is placed by a spray method. A lubricating substance 6 using silicone oil is applied as a lubricant, onto an electrode 4. Also, silver paste 7 is applied to both ends of substrates 1, 2, and an analog switch 8 and a power source 9 are connected. A potential gradient is provided to an electrode 3 on the substrate 1, the potential of a position which has come into contact by an input is fetched from the electrode 4 on the substrate 2, and next, by switching an analog switch 8, the potential of the other substrate is fetched. By such potentials, and input position can be detected. As a result, with respect to a load from the upper face of the substrate 1, it does not occur that the electrode 3 is transferred onto the electrode 4 on the substrate 2, the potential gradient of the electrode 3 remains uniform, and a variation of the position accuracy of an input does not occur.</p> |
