PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively separate the part superior in capacity from part inferior in capacity of a superconductive body, by placing the superconductive body on a magnet while holding the temp. thereof to the critical temp. thereof or lower and discriminating the capacity of the superconductive body on the basis of the floating height thereof. CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconductive body is ground into a particulate or block shape and the obtained particles or blocks 4 are placed on a permanent magnet 3 in such a state that the temp. thereof is held to below the critical temp. of said superconductive body and the particles or blocks 4 floated to a height of a reference value or more are collected by a non-magnetic substance 5. By this simple method, the oxide superconductive body can be inexpensively separated into a part having a good characteristic and a part having a bad characteristic. |
