PURPOSE:To attain ease of handling by connecting each transmission line of an input electrode and an output electrode in parallel and forming a track electrode at the input electrode side and a track electrode at the output electrode side to be of the same shape. CONSTITUTION:A weighting electrode 10 of an input electrode 2 and a weighting electrode 10 of an output electrode 3 are the same and a normal electrode 11 of the input electrode 2 and a normal electrode 11 of the output electrode 3 are the same. Since number of the input electrode 2 and the output electrode 3 is the same, the impedance of the input is completely the same as that of the output. Moreover, the aperuture length of the normal electrode 1 is selected to be equal to the maximum aperture length of the tracks 1 and 2. Thus, the frequency characteristic is determined by the product between the frequency characteristic of the weighting electrode and the frequency characteristic of the normal electrode 11 and the characteristic is synthesized by the normal design method.
