PURPOSE:To expand the function of a system and to improve an operability by inputting and/or outputting respective types of information such as control information through a socket for a telephone. CONSTITUTION:At plural sockets 3 for a telephone connected to a multi-drop wiring 2, a speaker 5, a busy indicator 6, a microphone 7 and a remote control receiving function are provided and the control information from a remote control transmitter 8 can be received. The remote control transmitter 8, for example, has a button 9 for calling. For this reason, besides a usual call function, an indoor exchange 1 executes the system control and the displaying in place of the individual telephone set can be executed by the speaker 5. By the remote control receiving function, respective types of the control can be executed.
