摘要 PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate measurement, by converting fraction time widths into voltages in accordance with fraction time start/stop signals, which are applied from a fraction-time-signal generating part, and transmitting the amount of change in fraction time in each measured signal accurately without impairing linearity. CONSTITUTION:A fraction-time-signal generating part 25 outputs a front fraction-time starting signal Tx1, which rises up in correspondence with the rise-up to a measured signal Sm. The generating part 25 also outputs a front-fraction-time stopping signal Tx2, which rises up in correspondence with a clock CK that is applied immediately after the output of Tx1. The generating part 25 further outputs a rear-fraction-time starting signal Ty1, which rises up in correspondence with the fall-down of the measured signal Sm. Then the generating part 25 outputs a rear fraction-time stopping signal Ty2, which rises up in correspondence with the clock CK that is applied immediately after the output of Ty1. In this way, a front fraction time width Tx and a rear fraction time width Ty are imparted to time/voltage converters 11 and 13 at time differences expressed by Tx=Tx1-Tx2 and Ty=Ty1-Ty2. The converters 11 and 13 convert the front fraction time width Tx and the rear fraction time width Ty into voltages based on the signals Tx1 and Tx2 and the signals Ty1 and Ty2, which are applied from the signal generating part 25.
