PURPOSE:To carry out laser matching including non-machined parts through a simple program by instructing positions, distances and a number of non- machined parts through a program and carrying out the automatical operation including operations to the non-machined parts. CONSTITUTION:When non-machined parts are provided in the midst of machining, an instruction is issued by a supplementary function M12. In this case, the non-machined parts occur in the midst of machining and the lengths and number (n) of the non-machined parts are instructed. A length to be machined, L1 is given by L1=(L-L0Xn)/(n+1). Such a computation is carried out by a numerical controller (CNC). IN addition, a laser beam is turned on at a part L1 and off at a part L0 and these controls are carried out automatically by the numerical controller (CNC). Therefore, programs for individual parts to be machined and not to be machined are not required and the supplementary function and the positions and lengths of the non-machined parts are instructed preferably. |
