PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in adhesiveness, appearance, mechanical strengths and solvent resistance, by mixing four specified (co) polymers with each other. CONSTITUTION:Propylene is polymerized at room temperature to 60 deg.C in the presence of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst to obtain a propylene homopolymer (A) which satisfies the relationship between MFR and the absorbance ratio (IR-gamma, an absorbance ratio A997/A973, a ratio of an IR absorbance at wavelength 997cm<-1> to that at wavelength 973cm<-1>) of the formula and in which the IR-gamma of the initial 2-3wt.% portion precipitated when a dilute solution of the obtained polymer in xylene is gradually cooled with agitation is 0.97 or above, and the ratio (Mw1/Mw0) wherein Mw1 is the weight-average MW of this precipitated portion and Mw0 is the weight-average MW of the obtained polymer is 3 or above. 30-70 component A is mixed with 2-20% amorphous ethylene/ propylene copolymer (B), 2-20% hydrogenation product (C) of a styrene/ butadiene or styrene/isoprene block copolymer and 20-50% styrene homopolymer (D).
