PURPOSE:To obtain a solid plate material for flexographic printing having superior water developability and satisfactory ink resistance by using a photosensitive resin compsn. contg. a specified amt. of alcohol-soluble polyamide, a specified amt. of polyenes having a specified number average mol.wt., an ethylenic unsatd. compd. and a photopolymn. initiator as essential components. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin compsn. contains 2-28wt.% alcohol- soluble polyamide, 1-30wt.% polyenes having 300-30,000 number average mol.wt., an ethylenic unsatd. compd. and a photopolymn. initiator as essential components. An optionally substd. or unsubstd. benzene nucleus structure is effectively introduced into the macromolecule of at least a art of the polyamide so as to improve the compatibility with the polyenes and the solvent resistance of a molded product, especially a printing plate made of the compsn. The compsn. enables the formation of a solid plate material for flexographic printing having superior developability with water or a water-based developer and satisfactory resistance to water-color ink, oil ink and alcoholic ink. |
