PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of contour effect without enlarging a film thickness and to prevent a performance deterioration by extending a first magnetism film along the border of one of a pair of non-magnetism member part and a block and changing the film thickness of the first magnetism film according to a depth from a sliding surface. CONSTITUTION:A first magnetism film 2 formed on a ferrite 1 in a winding side is provided with facing parallel with a second magnetism film 4 through an insulating film 3 to be a magnetism gap and extended in one direction along the border of the ferrite 1 of the side surface of a channel formed to determine a track width. The film thickness of the first magnetism film is changed according to a depth from a medium sliding surface S2. Thus, since a surface S1, in which the magnetism film 2 is formed, crosses the sliding surface S2, while it is a plain non-parallel with a magnetic gap 3 forming surface, and forms a crossing line L1, the contour effect can be suppressed and a writing function can be improved. |
