PURPOSE:To stabilize cutting by arranging a thermal melting material melting by the residual heat of a cutting groove at the vicinity of a projecting nozzle and pressure-welding it to the body to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The annular thermal melting material 6 composed of a brazing filler metal like solid body is arranged on the peripheral side of a projecting nozzle 10 and slided with the surface of the body 3 to be worked with rotating on the peripheral side of the nozzle 10 at all times. In this case, the holding tool 15 of the thermal melting material 6 is pressure-welded at adequate load to the body 3 to be worked by a coil spring 12 and rotated as well via a belt 19 by a motor 14. The thermal melting material 6 is flowed into a cutting groove by being melted with the residual heat at cutting time and thereafter cooled inside the groove and solidified. Thus, the cut forming product is held in a horizontal state until the cutting completion. Consequently the fall, etc., of the cutting product during cutting are eliminated and the cutting is stabilized. |
