PURPOSE:To enable the observation of the results of logic computation of several signals, by providing a circuit for logically computing several input signals in a probe to supply an output of the computation to a synchroscope. CONSTITUTION:A probe for a synchroscope is provided with an arithmetic section 4 comprising an OR circuit, an AND circuit and the like and a computation selecting switch 6 for selecting the computation circuits therein. For example, when the OR circuit is selected with the switch 6, the probe performs an OR computation of several input signals inputted from signal input sections 1 and 1' and the results are supplied to a synchroscope through a coaxial connector 5. Thus, a waveform based on the ORing of several signals can be observed with the synchroscope.
