摘要 The invention relates to a system of improvements for electrical machines having an air-cored bell-type armature, and to their implementation. It is of central significance that all the armature conductors are in the axial direction in the case of one pole in the gap (which is as narrow as possible) in the magnet system and that current flows through them all in the same direction (and that they move at a high circumferential speed at the rated speed). This is achieved in particular by the design of the winding: the conductors are guided in the form of a "pitched roof" in the winding overhang and have the same extent here in the tangential direction as in the "axial part" of the winding (for which purpose they must be narrower in the winding overhang), so that they are closely together here as they are there (see Figures 1 and 2). In consequence, the winding overhangs are thicker than the "axial part" of the winding, so that, for example, the outer magnets are not installed until the armature has been installed, for minimum gap thickness. In consequence, inter alia, the magnets (when permanent magnets are used) are not magnetised until the magnet system has been installed, which is economically possible using a magnetisation tool having conductors in the form of bars which are simply plugged through the motor and onto which an "opposing plate" is plugged on the other side of the motor and through which a high magnetisation current is then passed. A high circumferential speed is made possible by sheathing the rotor with fibre-composite material. <IMAGE>
