PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of voids and blisters by setting an exhaust vent in a pot of a resin sealing mold and a pot closing valve on the lower part of the pot. CONSTITUTION:A filling hole 4a for resin tablets perforating through vertically is set in a top force 8. A pot closing valve 2 where a molding surface 9a of a bottom force 9 is formed on its surface is set movably up and down toward the filling hole 4a of the top force 8 in such a way that it is supported by a rod 10a of a pot closing valve controlling part 10. In a state where the bottom part of the filling hole 4a is closed by the pot closing valve 2, resin tablets 5 is put in the filling hole 4a, and a plunger head 3 is stopped while air is being exhausted from an exhaust vent 1. In this state, the air in the filling hole 4a is exhausted from the exhaust vent 1 to make the inside of the filling hole 4a to be in a reduced pressure. Then, a plunger 7 is lowered while the pot closing valve 2 is closed, and the resin is filled in the filling hole 4a to carry out the molding. |
