PURPOSE:To improve a processing speed by using a multiple response analyzer so as to select one of coincidence reply signals, masking an optional word address to be selected and selecting one of coincidence reply signals to be masked. CONSTITUTION:A coincidence mask circuit 13 is provided between a coincidence replay data register 6 and a multiple reply analyzer 7 and the multiple reply analyzer 7 selects one reply from coincidence reply signals, then a setting circuit 14 setting the mask data of a word address is provided to a coincidence reply mask circuit 13. That is, in selecting one of coincidence reply signals by the multiple replay analyzer 7, the mask control is applied by the setting circuit 14 so as to select an optional word address at the coincidence reply mask circuit 13. Thus, the reply of a desired word address is selected at a high speed.
