The present invention relates to a wheelbarrow with suspension. Several versions thereof are possible, it being possible for the suspension to be made up either of a coil spring, or of a rubber cylinder block, or of a system with torsion springs. Moreover, these models may be electrically, thermally, or mechanically powered. According to one embodiment of the invention, a wheelbarrow of conventional type is fitted with a shock-absorbing device made up of a coil spring 6 and possibly of a damper 7. It is fixed on the one hand to the body 3 of the wheelbarrow and, on the other hand, to one arm 10, itself secured at its ends on the one hand to the axle 5 of the wheel 4 and, on the other hand to the body 3 by means of a fixing piece 11 and an axle 12. <IMAGE>
