PURPOSE:To facilitate carrying a small-size television camera by a method in which a stepped expansion part provided circumferentially in the recession of a synthetic resin mirror cylinder is melted and deformed by a supersonic vibration in such a way as to make it lie along the peripheral edge of a synthetic resin lens and then bonded with the lens. CONSTITUTION:A lens 1 is molded of a transparent acrylic resin, and also a mirror cylinder 2 is molded of a black colored synthetic resin by an injection molding. The peripheral edge of the mirror cylinder 2 is provided with a recession 21 into which the edge of the lens 1 is fitted and also with a step expansion port 22. The lens 1 is placed on the anvil 4 of a supersonic bonder having a buffer material 41 on its upside, the recession 21 of the mirror cylinder 2 is matched with the edge of the lens 1, and a supersonic vibration is applied to the joint while pressing the mirror cylinder 2 by a horn 3. |
