PURPOSE:To improve the security and to shorten the transaction processing time by separating the cash processing from the window processing in terms of the memory reception/payment via a cash processing means and a window processing means and securing the organic connection between both said processings via a medium for control of a series of transactions. CONSTITUTION:When a money reception transaction is carried out with a customer, the customer pays the cash via a cash processing part 7 of a cash processing means to have input of the transaction data and also to receive a medium from a card issuing part 6. The customer hands the medium to a teller and the medium is supplied via the teller input parts of teller window processing means 3A and 3B. At the same time, the transaction data is inputted from the teller. A control means 4 controls the money input transaction with the customer based on the corresponding relation between the customer specific information received from both means 3A and 3B and the transaction data and decides the success or failure of the money reception transaction. The means 7 which performs the money reception processing, etc., with the customer is set separately from a teller window. Thus the transactions related to the means 2 and both means 3A and 3B are satisfied as a series of transactions via a medium. |
