<p>PURPOSE:To mass-produce the titled hose mouthpiece with high efficiency by die-forming a spherical head part forging a regular sized stock and the former of a forming body with a hose connection base part and after push-forming the latter in socket and nipple shapes performing the machining. CONSTITUTION:A regular-sized stock is forged by die push-in, heat part push-in, etc., to shape with forging a spherical head equiv. part 31 and the forming body W4 with a hose connection base part equiv. part 10. This forming body W4 is pinched inside press dies 40, 41, a sheet face 8 and prepared hole recess 42 are formed by punched 44, 45, 46 and further the prepared hole 42 is punched. The hose connection base equiv. part 10 is then formed in socket 2 and nipple 3 shapes with the push-in of a punch 37. The sheet face 8 and a through hole 6 are formed by machining thereafter. With said process, an I-joint type hose mouthpiece is mass-produced with labor saving and high efficiency.</p> |
