PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is lowly toxic and does not remain silica on the skin after use, consisting of specific silicone oil and a sucrose fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. silicone oil (A) composed of 20-100wt.% methylphenylpolysiloxane having a viscosity of 4-1,000cst at 25 deg.C and at least one phenyl group, represented by formula I (wherein R is methyl or phenyl; lis 2-3), 0-50wt.% cyclic dimethlpolysiloxane of formula II (wherein m is 3-6) and 0-50wt.% dimethylpolysiloxane of formula III (wherein Q is H or trimethylsilyl; n is 1-650) is blended with 5-50pts.wt. sucrose fatty acid ester (B). The blend is mixed at 50-100 deg.C.
