PURPOSE:To mechanically detect the skinning on the tip of a nozzle, by fixing a pressure detector to the outer surface of a a hole communicating with discharge hole in the title liq. discharge device for discharging a liq. from the discharge hole at the nozzle tip by compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A liq. 16 is discharged from the discharge hole 12 at the tip of a nozzle 7 by compressed air. In this liq. discharge device, the hole 13 communicating with the discharge hole 12 is furnished. The pressure detector 11 is fixed to the outer surface of the hole 13, and the adhesion of a liq. to the tip of the nozzle 7 is detected from the pressure change when compressed air is supplied to the nozzle 7. As a result, the skinning on the nozzle tip can be mechanically confirmed without visual inspection, and the reliability of the automated equipment, wherein a liq. discharge operation is incorporated, can be improved.
