PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight, inexpensive fixture by uniting a movable plate, a rubber sheet, and a spring part in eight-layered structure. CONSTITUTION:A PCA board 1 is set at a position determined by a guide pin 2. In this state, the PCA 1 is positioned above through the operation of a rubber frame 8, a pin probe 6 is not in contact with the PCA 1, and the space between the PCA 1 and a pin board 5 is shielded from the outside through the operation of the PCA 1, rubber sheet 3, movable frame 4, rubber frame 8, and pin board 5. Here, air is evacuated by a vacuum pump through an evacuation hole 12 and then the PCA 1 moves down vertically through the operation of the guide pin 2 to contact the pin probe first and then move down to a position determined by a spacer 7. In this state, the PCA 1 comes into perfect contact with the pin probe 6. Then the vacuum pump is stopped and then the PCA 1 is elevated together with the movable frame through the operation of the rubber frame 8, so that the PCA 1 can be detached.
