PURPOSE:To uniformize quality of products by starting count by switch-on at the time of shifting molten metal from a melting device to a ladle or at the time of charging refining agent in the molten metal and working a displaying device after the prescribed time passes. CONSTITUTION:The ladles 2a, 2b for distributing the molten metal are supported by arranging a rail member 3 having elongated loop state with the melting device 1 of cupola, etc. Second rail members 18 and pouring ladles 17a, 17b are arranged along plural casting lines 6-10 to the ladles 2a, 2b. After pouring the molten metal from the cupola 1 into the ladles 2a, 2b, or at the time of charging the refining agent into the pouring ladles 17a, 17b, a first switch 21 for working a sequencer 5 is turned on, and a second switch 24 in a second operating panel 19 is turned on. By this method, the suitable temp. range of the molten metal is judged through the count for lapse of time, and the refining effect of molten metal is confirmed and displayed. Therefore, the quality of the products is uniformized.
