PURPOSE:To apply a mixed solution of a specific water-soluble organic solvent and water to an edge face part of a tacky adhesive film for marking, having a substrate comprising vinyl chloride resin as a main component, or to an interface between a tacky adhesive layer and a coated face of a material and then to release the film. CONSTITUTION:In peeling a tacky adhesive film for marking having a substrate comprising a vinyl chloride resin from a coated face of a material, a mixed solution of (A) 20-80wt.%, more preferably 30-70wt.% water-soluble organic solvent (e.g. ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, etc.) and having 50-200 deg.C boiling point (B) 80-20wt.%, preferably 70-30wt.% water is applied to an edge face part of the film or to an interface of a tacky adhesive layer in the midst of peeling and a coated face of a material and peeling is completed.
