PURPOSE:To lengthen a deformation stroke, to accomplish rectilinear propagation ability and to simplify the structure by providing a plate spring comprising three arm portions, that is, at least two arms extending in the radial direction, a circular-arc arm extending right and left from the forward end thereof and an arm extending from both ends thereof toward the central 1 fitting portion. CONSTITUTION:A plate spring comprises at least two first arms extending from the central fitting hole 2 at equal intervals in the radial direction, a circular-arc second arm 4 extending right and left from the forward end of the first arm and the third arm 5 with fitting holes 6, extending from both ends of the second arm towards the central fitting hole 2. When the central fitting hole 2 is fixed to a reciprocating rectilinear moving shaft of a linear motor or the like and the fitting holes 6 of the arm 5 are fixed to a frame, the relative motion is permitted in the direction of board thickness. As the plate spring is thus formed by three arm portions, the lengths of the arms can be increased equivalently and the deformation stroke can be lengthened. As the shape of the plate spring is symmetrical, it has a large rectilinear propagation ability, and as the plate spring is formed by one sheet plate, the structure can be simplified. |
