PURPOSE:To prevent scales from adhering to the dust wall by providing an electromagnet to apply pulse voltage with its amplitude, period and positive and negative codes varying at random by the program control through a sequencer in a water feed duct. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed into a water feed duct 1 by a water feed pump 2 and fed into a turbine 4. Water coming out of the turbine 4 comes into a water storage layer 5 and recycled through the water feed pump 2 again. A plurality of electromagnets 3 are disposed encircling the water feed duct 1. The electromagnets 3 are program-controlled by a sequencer previously, and pulse voltage with its amplitude, period and positive and negative codes, varying at random, is applied. By said arrangement, magnetic force varying at random acts on the substances contained in the water duct to prevent scales from adhering inside the duct and carry out a safe operation of the device.
