PURPOSE:To enable a motion to be accurately transmitted, by providing a ball member to be arranged between a driving part and a driven part. CONSTITUTION:A base bed 26 provides a slide guide part 21, here providing a slide part 22. If a rotary shaft 36 of a ball screw thread 35 is rotated, an arm 31 advances through a ball member 24, and a slide table 30 slides in an advancing direction. Here the rotary shaft 36, even if its point end surface 37 performs the displacement of fine amount in a vertical direction for the sliding direction of the slide table 30 by providing an error in the ball screw 35, presses the arm 31 by the ball member 24 while it is rotated, accordingly the above described displacement is prevented from being transmitted to the arm 31. Accordingly, the slide table 30 is displaced by a predetermined moving distance with no vertical force acting on the slide table 30.
