PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency filter whose ripple is small by providing an active element, electrically connected between a resonator on an output side and a resonator on an input side, which becomes a negative resistance when the resonators are in resonating state. CONSTITUTION:The input end of an amplifier 36 as the active element is connected to one end of a phase adjustment electrode 34a and the output end of the amplifier 36 is connected to the other end of another phase adjustment electrode 34b. And the other end of the phase adjustment electrode 34 is combined with a capacitor electrode 24a on the input side through gap capacity. When dielectric coaxial resonators 14a-14d become in the resonating state, the amplifier 36 becomes the negative resistance, so that energy is supplied to all the dielectric coaxial resonators 14a-14d. Thus, the frequency characteristic of all the resonators 14a-14d can be improved and the high frequency filter whose ripple is small can be obtained.
