Bandsaw machine for working natural stone or other hard objects. To achieve the maximum freedom of movement, the work table (13) is provided with a cross table guide (15), and the bandsaw (11) likewise is provided with a cross table guide (16). The object to be worked can be turned on a turntable (22), to allow a convex cut. A concave cut is achieved by the bandsaw (11) making a rotational movement on the turntable (28).
