PURPOSE:To cool a belt effectively by providing a fan on pulleys suspending the belt, providing a cover covering the belt and pulleys, and utilizing the cover to perform ventilation with the fan. CONSTITUTION:A belt 3 is formed into one kind of a V-belt formed with multiple V-shaped grooves, pulleys 4, 5 are fitted to shafts 1, 2 respectively, and the belt 3 can be suspended. A fan 6 is fitted to one pulley 4, and the whole belt 3 is covered with a cover 7. The cover 7 concurrently serves as a casing for the fan 6, an intake port 8 is formed on the axis portion of the fan 6, and the outside air flows through it. A discharge port 9 is formed on the cover 7 on the opposite side to the intake port 8 across the belt 3, and the outside air is sucked and discharged.
