摘要 The invention relates to a moulded article for acoustic insulation of structures with high stiffness which require in particular a high structure-borne sound damping. Such moulded articles usually consist of a base layer (4) coupled to the structure and an acoustic spring (3) connected thereto, if appropriate of a heavy layer (2) connected thereto with a carpet (1) arranged thereover. To improve the damping effect, the contact zones between the base layer (4) and acoustic spring (3), if appropriate also between acoustic spring (3) and heavy layer (2), are designed in a manner deformed so as to be mutually adapting, expediently by means of studs (7, 8) adapted in their shape to the frequency ranges to be damped, so as, by means of frictional damping generated mechanically at the contact zones, essentially to determine the overall damping of the insulation system. The base layer (4) expediently has self-supporting properties and can be adhesively coupled to the structure to be damped (adhesive coating 5). <IMAGE>
