<p>PURPOSE:To simplify both hardware and software structures and to ensure the effective graphic input processing with high accuracy in response to the types of patterns, by controlling a mouse and a tablet with a single common controller and at the same time executing the interface control to a common application program. CONSTITUTION:When a pattern is inputted by using a tablet 13, a tablet interruption processing part 111 reads the state change of a tablet by the interruption for reception of data applied from a circuit and obtains the cursor coordinates based on the data on the read state change to supply it to a common processing part 113 together with the data on other state changes. When a graphic is inputted by using a mouse 14, a mouse interruption processing part 112 gives the timer interruption to the mouse 14 to read periodically the state change and obtains the cursor coordinates based on the read coordinate data to supply it to the part 113 together with the data on other state changes. The part 113 performs the subsequent common processes and the interface control to an application program 12.</p> |
