<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element of a low drive power voltage, and to provide a light emitting device of small power dissipation, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element has a light emitting layer including a luminescent substance and a layer including a light emitting layer and vasophenanthroline between a first electrode and a second electrode, the layer including the vasophenanthroline is prepared in the layer at a second electrode side of the light emitting layer, when a voltage is impressed so that the direction of the voltage potential of the first electrode may become higher than the voltage potential of the second electrode, an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal is not doped in the light emitting element including the vasophenanthroline. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
