PURPOSE:To remove a wasteful space, to save the energy and space for the apparatus so as to improve the thermal efficiency thereof and to eliminate heating irregularities so as to apply uniform heat-cooking by forming the configuration of a cabinet and an oven frame body into a bottomed cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An oven cylinder 4 forming an oven 2 is concentrically provided within a cabinet 1 forming a bottomed cylinder, and a gap 5 constituting a chalk cavity is formed between the oven cylinder 4 and the cabinet 1. An arcuate fan 15 leading to the oven 2 is provided in a openable and closable manner, and an operating panel 16 is attached to the cabinet 1 at the lower position of the arcuate fan 15. Accordingly, not only a wasteful space within the oven 2 can be removed but also the improvement of the heat efficiency can be attempted by saving the energy and space, the heating irregularities can be removed and uniform heat-cooking can be applied.
