PURPOSE:To obtain the compact constitution by providing a plurality of differential gears having each different torque distribution ratio for the front and rear wheel sides, as the between-axle differential gear which distribution-outputs the output torque to the front and rear wheel sides and arranging a between- axle differential gear device on the shaft different from the above-described differential gear devices. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate shaft 23 is arranged in parallel with an input shaft 22 having an input gear 21 which is fixedly installed onto the input shaft 22 and meshes with a transmission output gear 9, and the first and second between-axle differential gear devices 30 an 40 are arranged on the intermediate shaft 23, and a selecting mechanism 50 for selectively switching these differential gears 30 and 40 is arranged on the input shaft 22. a bevel gear type front wheel differential gear 60 is arranged on the periphery of the opposed edge parts of the right and left front wheel driving shafts 24 and 25 which are arranged on the axis line different from each shaft 22, 23 and projects on the right and left sides. Therefore, the front wheel differential gear 60 as the between-axle differential gear can be arranged relatively freely without being restrained by other constitution members, and the compact constitution can be realized.
