PURPOSE:To purely lead the temperature of hot wires as a voltage and to perform accurate detection by providing electrodes for power supply, the hot wires, output signal electrodes, etc. CONSTITUTION:Constant currents are supplied from a power source PS to the hot wires 7a and 7b. Then, the respective output signal electrodes 20a-20d are connected to high impedance type operational amplifiers Q1 and Q2, so flowing currents are fine and the influence of the fusing of the electrodes 20a-20d of the electrodes 6a-6d for power supply is exerted. Further, even if resistance temperature coefficients and heat generation become unbalanced owing to the fusion variance among the electrodes 6a-6d for power supply, output signals are led out of the electrodes 20a-20d while by-passing the electrodes 6a-6d of generation sources. The power source PS, on the other hand, outputs the temperature of the wires 7a and 7b as the voltage, so the stable and accurate output signal is obtained without varying in zero point owing to variation due to the fusion of the wires 7a and 7b. |
