PURPOSE:To efficiently cake, powder, and gelate a liq. material at ordinary temp. by incorporating at least one kind between water and sodium bicarbonate into silicon-contg. inorg. powder as the essential component. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind between water and sodium bicarbonate is incorporated into silicon-contg. inorg. powder as the essential component, and then the obtained liq. material is caked, powdered, or gelated. The particle diameter of the silicon-contg. inorg. powder as the caking agent is appropriately controlled to 5nm-30mum, and the specific surface is adjusted to 50-800m<2>/g. Consequently, the caked, powdered, or gelated material has a low volume and a low weight, and treatment can be carried out in a short time. Silicic anhydride, calcium silicate, etc., can be exemplified as the silicon-contg. inorg. powder. The silicon-contg. inorg. powder is sufficiently dispersed in the material to be caked, a small amt. of water is added, and the material can be caked, powdered, and gelated. |
