<p>The dispersions, for use in prodn. of polyurethane foams and elastomers for making micro-cellular prods. for the shoe industry, are made by polymerisation of an ethylenically-unsatd. monomer, e.g., butadiene, isopropene, pentadiene or other, in a hydroxylated polyester of mol. wt. 1000-5000. This results from addn. of a satd. polyester to another partially unsatd. polyester in amount of 0.001 to 0.5%, or by esterification of an unsatd. polycarboxylic acid or deriv., with maleic anhydride.</p> |
