THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR MULTIYARN

A spunlike multilayer structural yarn was produced from thermoplastic filament having small elongation as inner-layer yarn, with large elongation as outer-layer yarn. Necking was irregularly formed on the outer-layer part by two feeding rollers having a different velocity. The yarn was partially drawn and sprayed with 1-5% aq. organic solvent soln. such as ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, and followed by drawing to produce spunlike multilayer structural yarn.
